It is said that what you do on New Years Day sets the tone for the full year!

The 108 Sun Salutations Celebration could last up to 3 hours. Knowledge of postures is required. This yoga session is about staying in the present moment. We address ideas such as wanting it to be over or knowing what Sun Salutation we are on and making a judgement about it. When you honor your body and remain in the present moment, anything is possible! Please sign up online, space limited to 15 students.

Class will consist of 108 Sun Salutations which could take the form of yoga pose (asana) or a traditional Sun Salutation. A variety of options will be available to suit your abilities.
