108 sun salutations are traditionally practiced to celebrate the cycles of life and to mark times of change and transition. This moving meditation is a wonderful way to process all that’s happened 2021, set intentions for 2022, and begin the new year feeling fresh, abundant, and strong. Kimmy & Rachel will lead you through 4 sets of 27 sun salutations with options to modify and move at your own pace through a quarter, half, or full set of 108. Come with an open heart, ready mind, eager spirit ... and a water bottle!

We recommend hydrating thoroughly and eating a hearty meal on the morning of the event -- just not too close to the starting time so you don't feel sluggish while you're trying to get through 108 downward dogs!
